Our work starts with trying to gain an understanding of each individual organization and their work, and the initiative. Specifically, we expect high contact and involvement throughout the life of the contract, however long. Some of our strategies may include:

  • Listening sessions; and co-design and visioning sessions.

Evaluation Design

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Our team works collaboratively to identify the most cross-cutting measures and tools for culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluations.  Ideally, those measures would be specific enough that they can be collected by all partners yet broad and flexible enough so that they are contextually and culturally driven.

Technical Assistance

CAPACITY BUILDING AND INNOVATION DESIGN

Our team utilizes a developmental, responsive, and empowerment framework to help build the capacity of grantees in evaluation. Building capacity of the grantees enhances long-term sustainability and enables community-level innovations. As we move towards the development of a clear but flexible evaluation plan, we work with grantees to:

  • Help develop a plan that is practical
  • Provide technical assistance to the grantees concerning evaluation
  • Provide technical assistance to the grantees concerning evaluation, the data collection guidelines, and tools

Change Management

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS

Our team supports the transformation of the organizational culture and climate within an equity framework. We support partners in developing strategic plans that situate sustainable practices for inclusion in evaluation, programs and innovation design. By engaging stakeholders and end users in design thinking processes our partners co-create policies and practices that promote equitable organizational development.
